I visited the MOPA museum and recreated some photos on campus as to show that some photos can relate to day to day scenes. Sometimes you just don't see the same image unless compared to. The experience when I went was fun and interesting. All the different works of art somewhat fascinated me and I was also surprised by the amount of people outside of the museum near Balboa Park. The fire fighter images of fire and fire fighters inspired me in how that there are heroes out there that sacrifice their life for people. My dad is a retired firefighter and paramedic. The artist had a very large collection of photos and I liked that he put fire and ice/water images next to each other. His last part that I saw was about animals and modern day advancements. He took a bunch of pictures with animals in man made things and it seemed as though the animals were like professional models. In the images I chose, I was inspired by them because I knew that I could re-create them easily to make it known that we live in day to day scenes like that but never notice it because we have seen it so often we block out the information. Our brains think that it is unimportant until you really look at it and appreciate it for what it is. I enjoyed my visit to MOPA. It was a fun experience and definitely always a unique experience when going to any type of museum.
